Actually it's the opposite. Smart banks (5% of them actually because 95% hedge funds underperform the sp500) use TA correlated with numerus others indicators & economic cycles. It's really like poker. The only use of TA is to take an edge. No prediction involved.

But if you want to be the top 1-5% long term investor/trader simply buy a good sp500 etf with dividends on a 200% margin account (2x lev which is quite low for an indice). DCA every month.
You will beat every TA / top tiers analyst / hedge fund manager fag after only 2-3 years.
Also long term inflation (not hyper-mega inflation like turkey) is good for stonks. Enjoy a long term parabolic move on the indices. Careful with stocks tho, some sectors can't survive the new inflation paradigm.
