The stat doesn't necessarily say that women are bad directors, only that a company that has women directors is run poorly. You can imagine that a company where "get more people with vaginas into leadership" (oh goahd what about women without a vagina?) is a strategic priority and not, say, EBITDA, is probably not run well.

Big investing red flag
Trying to invest when everything is about to come crashing down.

Maybe try to grab some Lockheed as a hedge. My hope is that we get hyperinflation from a FED pivot. Sell then, and wait for deflation.

Considering Japan and Poland are seriously militarizing, and the Rhineland is re-militarizing. Anybody not buying milsec is just silly.

Military sector, yes.
Invest in bombs, blood, guns, tanks, radar, lasers, literally everything the military uses.
Food, Guns, and Medicine. These will get you through the market fluctuations to come. This also applies to investors. Not just home preppers.

Lockheed Martin
Raytheon
People like this.
Google anything the military uses though. Find out who makes it. Make sure it's staple.
Then invest in the manufacturer/lab

ESG, the most common buyers in the market are buying with other peoples money and there are no performance incentive.
The second most common are wealth preservation, they don't care about making money, diversify, majority bond portfolio etc.

This is why ESG is a shitbrand, Trustfund babies, CEO's and fund managers, they all flock to ESG bc it gives them status in the social-elite circles. It's a "free" way to express that you are consciences about the power they have due to their wealth and they use this power to promote feel good agendas, such as women in leadership, environmental friendly business, etc.
To much money chasing to little value, anything labelled ESG is overvalued.
you will literally be paying for a label, at least 20% of what you buy when you buy an ESG stock is this dumb government label.
