although with the old money, think about how negative everyone was on bitcoin, all the old money and all the institutional money was very bearish on btc and they have been really getting into the market this past month or so and now have the tools to put their money where their mouth is and short btc, so considering that big players had a really negative outlook from the start, plus smart money and all the eggheads at big firms are going to take full advantage of this, short the shit out of it, scare off a fair chunk of the retail investors and accumulate as much as they can as low as they can.
with the support that has stacked up between where we're at and the 1200 range, if we just blow through it by the morning I'll consider that a breakout. if we really start to stall out, then I'm going to consider it a trend reversal.
