There was a lot of arguing at the time about whether Covid was going to be a nothing burger or a level 5 happening. Those in the happening camp pointed to the two week incubation time of Covid (that's what was being reported at the time). The idea was that Covid was spreading silently because it was contagious without symptoms and without being detectable for the first two weeks of infection, and therefore in approximately two more weeks we would see an explosion of case numbers and that it would be revealed to be far more widespread than believed possible at the time. When this didn't materialize, we were told to wait two more weeks.

No, the meme came from the Trump thing. The 2020 election being stolen so blatantly was probably the biggest heppening in the last 100+ years, and the only response from the populance was to sit back while a bunch of kike puppets spent a year saying they would fix everything in 2 more weeks until everyone just accepted it and calmed down. It was during this that a lot of people started to realize how convenient and widespread "2 weeks" is as a timeframe to keep stringing people along and that it's something they've always used, the covid stuff being just one earlier example.
