If you can just download ~6 months worth of data you can either try and got through it yourself or if better give it to an independent accountant that will be able to determine any suspicious activity.

He would either be doing it directly (i.e. just sending money to an account) or more likely indirectly by just expensing certain things as "business expenses" when they are personal expenses.

Find what fake company he created that he pays himself through.

If your gut says he's stealing he's probably stealing. Your family probably won't believe you because he's family too. This is why you have to be careful about mixing business and family.
