I don't know if it's Russian cyber warfare escalation or a final paradigm shift to the west's failure to maintain complex systems, but our Lehman moment is here. If you fly often and have dealt with delays a lot and experienced a southwest terminal today, you know something is up.

Best cheap flights from LAX? Thinking Austin or Denver

>> No.53027664

>>53027599
>So, we had People that were legal. We had aircraft that were available, but the process of matching up those Crew Members with the aircraft could not be handled by our technology. In our desired state, we have a solver that would be able to do that very quickly and very accurately. Our system today cannot do that. As a result, we had to ask our Crew Schedulers to do this manually, and it's extraordinarily difficult. They must verify that you are legal. They can't just have the next person up, so to speak. They have to look through everyone's board and reassign. So that is a tedious, long process. And every day we try to repair the Crew network. They would make great progress, and then some other disruption would happen, and it would unravel their work. So, we spent multiple days where we kind of got close to finishing the problem, and then it had to be reset.
How is this possible in 2022?

Pension funds in UK and EU on the verge of blowing up due to overleveraging with bonds as collateral? Southwest accounts for 50% of all cancellations globally you fucking moron. No other airline is having this problem. The problem is caused by southwest having infrastructure from the 1980s. Literally not what’s happening. Southwests business model is designed in such a way that if there is any major disruption to operations the entire thing falls apart. Leadership never reinvested any of their profits into the company. You have flight crews trying to CALL to figure out where they’re supposed to be but they can’t get through because southwest doesn’t hire enough staff to handle anything other than perfectly normal operations. This isn’t a conspiracy. This is just a poorly run company finally having their greed catch up to them.
>SWA employees checking bags for flights they know are cancelled and then refusing to give back the bags
>SWA sending peoples bags to their destinations on empty flights or ground transport and then telling customers they probably won’t get their luggage back for months
>SWA requiring frontline employees to work 24-36 hour shifts when all the employees can do is apologize and sit on their hands
It’s a complete collapse and meltdown of their entire infrastructure. They don’t even have tools for their planes right now.

This is the narrative that the fossil fuel lobby has been pushing every since it became apparent that renewables actually will be viable soon. Battery tech + virtualization of many activities + power efficient computing + renewable tech advancing + fusion on the distant horizon. FF will still have to exist for the foreseeable future for heavy fuels + plastics + chemistry, but that's actually the WORST case scenario. It would be EASY if they could just go out of business, but now you have to tell investors that they can't pull their money out and the corporations HAVE to stay solvent, but the profits are kaput and they're probably going to take a loss long-term. They don't want that; they want to hold the world hostage, and a part of the world wants it, too since they put way too much capital in these ventures. But the only sane path forward is loss-leading with oil so that we have infrastructure when it runs out, and the political stability that comes with that. Placating Co2mers is how you get WWIII, and we've known this for at least 2 generations now.

The actual issue:

>I have friends in CS and the hotel assignment side too. There were 2 specific problems, the software for scheduling is woefully antiquated by at least 20 years. No app/internet options, all manual entry and it has settings that you DO NOT CHANGE for fear of crashing it. Those settings create the automated flow as a crewmember is moving about their day, it doesn’t know you flew the leg DAL-MCO it just assumes it and moves your piece forward. In the event of a disruption you call scheduling and they manually adjust you. It does work, it just works for an airline 1/3 the size of SWA. So the storm came and it impacted ground ops so bad that many many crews were now “unaccounted” for and the system in place couldn’t keep up. Then it happened for several more days. By Xmas evening the CS department had essentially reached the inability to do anything but simple, one off assignments. And to make matters worse, the phone system was updated not too long ago and it was not working well. Last nite they did a web form and had planned to get the system up as much as possible with what communication they could muster, however it was too much to keep up on and ultimately the method for tracking crews failed again. This 100% is at the feet of all management who refused to invest in technology updates because it is the southwest way to be stuck in 1993.

Your car works by igniting fuel in a container that harnesses that energy, basically. Electric cars use electricity, obviously. The steam for electric cars was already generated in the powerplant that the electricity came from. A nuclear powered car would generate electricity in house, using steam to push a turbine in the car itself. Its not feasible because the amount of water and steam you could generate in that small of a space would not generate enough electricity to power the car.

every single kiosk is a 4 hour long line to talk to some dummy who knows no more than anyone in line. they just give you meal and flight vouchers for free.
I was chatting with schizo boomers from across the country who were awake for over 24 hours at that point because of continuous and failing efforts to find any flight or rental car to anywhere near their destination. it was just a complete chaos fest.
we were redpilling people in line about 9/11, CBDCs, Obama legalizing propaganda on TV, feds infiltrating any and every group of redblood Americans, etc. shit was so cash, worth every minute I spent in line
also it would've been extremely easy to steal a bag there were just hundreds sitting about with no supervision. they could get you on the cameras I guess

A internal combustion engine, steam engine and electric motor all have way different and pretty rudimentary ways to creat torch.
>Engine burns gas expanding in a cylinder that drives a piston
>steam engine uses steam to push piston
>generators use copper lead and magnets spun by a force to generate electricity
>electric motor uses electricity to generate a force by magnets, copper and lead
Basically you need to be able to use the thermal heat and transfer it into torque somehow
I think the best way is to replicate a train steam engine which the reactor as the heat source and then scale down with R&D

The problem with scaling down a nuclear reactor, other than the obvious technical difficulty, is that the electrical output would lessen exponentially to the point where a small enough reactor to fit in a car wouldn't generate enough electricity to even heat a kettle. It's not le hecking hax or bank debt. What's happening is the entire society has been undermined by so much fucking fraud that the young, capable people who can maintain the complex systems our society relies on to function are checking out completely. This has been accelerating since the WTCs fell. We're now at the point where thanks to a combination of the clot shot killing/maiming people and boomers retiring or early retiring due to pandemic bullshit, the system doesn't have the people it needs to upkeep it, so things begin to crumble, from the most complex systems down. Airline staffing and scheduling is at the top of the complexity tree.

In my opinion, hyperinflation. We owe a fuckload of money and the easiest way to do that is inflate the fuck out of the currency, pay off the debt with worthless bills. Then throw a CBDC at your hapless citizens. It's why you're seeing billions of dollars funneled into Ukraine, or used to "revitalize" native american tribal languages. Probably why we see the government so quickly ready to have another problem to throw money at. Can't be too obvious what we're doing or we're going to tip off every country that we owe money too.

Right but the fiscal spending adds to the debt obligations. We need a Rothschild central bank to finance that debt, but none of them are doing it now. Unless you think they'll start buying all the US sovereign bonds by themselves and we get MMT?

Politicians are pumping money to themselves. Finland in NATO would change nothing. Stop thinking like a 19th century Slavic peasant. People in the west have severe Ukraine fatigue. It's NOT the current thing anymore, which makes it the perfect time to accelerate money laundering ops, a tactic used plenty of times throughout history when the ruling class tries to get there's before bailing. That's the point of this thread. We're at that level of societal collapse, globally, Russia included.

Sorry m8 that aint true they are pumping it into the Ukraine to win against Russia. That is what it is sure they might be making side money no doubt but it still remains geopolitically it would be extremely bad for the US to have Ukraine lose to a shithole like russia. You don't know shit about geopolitics

Geopolitical theater is almost as fake and gay as Democrat vs Republican. We're past the era of the nation state. Everything is globalist now. Half of Ukrainian farmland is already owned by Monsanto and other goyslop corporates thanks to the government sending all the land-owning men to get killed. Russia is still sending gas through Ukrainian pipelines to sell to Europe and gazprom is literally paying ukroenergo for gas transfer. How does this make any fucking sense, geopolitically? It doesn't.
The war is an excuse to kill off fighting age men AND a distraction to cover the financial collapse in the west.

None of what you say makes any sense at all. They also have valid reasons for opening more farmland has you know they want investors.

>investors
Seems rather that Monsanto wants the very profitable farmland, and they can buy it cheap now from a destroyed country that is giving away dead Ukrainians' land for free.
Not trying to demoralize but everything ITT is realistic observation. 20th century is over. It's not red team vs blue team any more. It's upper class getting the lower to kill each other. Slavs are always dumb enough to fall for it.

Fossil fuel companies are heavily investing into renewable, they have the capital to set themselves up in this sector quicker than anyone else. My friend works for a huge solar firm thats a subsidiary of Shell.

The truth is that they didn't have the fuel to meet demand. We are down to 20 days supply of diesel as well. But they have to use a cover story to prevent panic buying.
