Oatmeal raisins are excellent but my absolute favourite would molasses cookies, add them to a nice ball of vanilla and caramel icecream and you have quite a nice treat.

Dabble with selected desserts that you think would blend with them and they really just bypass for a nice, warm backlava (sprinkle some hazelnuts/pecans or raisins, chocolate chips or just with just maple syrup).
