Dubs of KWK, checked.
Board got real slow compared to the year prior.
However, the oldfags are now as rare as they never were before. My heart is clad in sorrow as I see this.

On the bright side we're all gonna be able to afford a house of some sort, but the question will be if you even want one.
You know all those "mcmansion" fiber cardboard huts that barely have a 20 year lifespan and are built en masse? They are only going to lose value as they ACTUALLY should. Not a meme of "line only go up". Because in 5-10 years a lot of the houses built last decade are going to literally start falling apart, and many of these large plans of homes will become worthless as nobody can afford to repair them and the only solution will be rebuild since it's LITERALLY cheaper to just cut out more cardboard and put up a new one than to pay to replace/fix shit in it.

Real estate will be an interesting industry in the next 10-15 years, as I believe more well built houses will become more valuable and will appreciate in value, vs just land value being a determining factor alone. Think, old money houses with plaster walls and soaring ceilings. Those houses are gonna go up, and will be seen as the most sought after houses because when these houses start falling apart, all the zoomers are gonna talk about it on TikTok, they will share videos of their shitty mcmansions falling apart and it will alert an entire generation to the fact that many of these homes are actual junk with a lifespan closer to 10 years, and they will seek out "quality" homes. It's already happening. Ryan homes has halted most construction in my area. King shitcan village corp.

why the fuck do you people want a house? I would rather be rich and just rent for the rest of my life

It's a bad feel. I spend at least an hour everyday desperately looking for a universal solution to issues of low motivation, attention, focus, moral, and energy. Channeling of the will and all that. Exercise, diet, and supplements haven't turned things around yet.

This is a solid strategy to

Be me....
Can't afford a house but bought 2 acres of land that no-one wanted for cheap.
Local council had a house that they wanted taken away so they could develop the section it was on.
Bought the house for $8000. (Offered 5 but they said come on that's insulting so upped my offer)
Moved the house onto my land.
Put in water tank, septic tank and hooked up to power pole.
House is 100 year old native timber villa (they don't make em like that anymore)
Spend the next 3 years doing up house, planting trees, making a great drive way and shed, doing the work as I could afford it.
