Making kids into worse slaves than you are by a degree is nigger tier.
Making kids but only leaving them to their own devices and in the same shit you are in is kinda neutral.

Examples
Owning an apartment in a university town.
You can live in it and finish a university diploma easier than if you had to pay rent.
You can rent it out to earn you some income.
Your kids can live in it and use it to finish university.
If shit hits the fan you can sell it and use the money to cover for some unexpected disasters.

Obvious? Well to most it is obvious, but some parents and boomers wasted 3 or 4 such apartments in cash on travel or parties or cigarettes or booze or gambling or sports cars or designer clothes.
Over 3 decades shit adds up. Some hippie smokes 200K worth of weed in his lifetime.

Being able to enjoy your life without being an old indebted fucker depends on your choices you make early on. Me; 39. Zero college degree (thus no debt bag). Due to my job I can retire w/pension & a 401k plus company picks up medical till I turn 65 at the age of 54. Now I could retire even sooner (age 48) but I'd be tossing free money out the window so to speak (Uh getting paid what I do for doing "nothing" to earn it would be a tough act to follow you know). I also have a brokerage account. I bought my house during the 2008 fallout. Cheap as hell. I pay 400 a month. For a 3b, 1.5 bath house.
