Binance is fine to use. Your Coinbase account got banned likely because you sent funds directly from your Coinbase wallet to a Dark Web wallet. This may happen in the future with Binance, or whichever exchange you choose to use. I got banned from LocalBitcoin for the same thing. The trick is to use a burner wallet to send funds to first, so your funds should be sent first from the Exchange to Burner Wallet, and then from the Burner to Dark Web wallet.
