Funny how people are jumping ship due to a few month long delay after the price has already fallen considerably.
It's basically folks selling the bottom at this point, but I'm not exactly complaining. The opportunity it gives to average down is too good to feel bad about it.
Got to make some money so I can get some at these prices or at the next stop of around 1.2. If that region fails then we may go all the way to .8

If all stars line up perfectly, this thing will be rocketing upwards with the FS results and whatever sales offers come from it in Q1 2023 while the rest of the market is getting rekt hard.
If or more likely when the general markets take a huge shit, commodities in general are going to get screwed hard. The money rotation opportunity here could be incredible if things play out right.

https://www.juniorminingnetwork.com/junior-miner-news/press-releases/1193-tsx/osk/131918-osisko-mining-delivers-positive-feasibility-study-for-windfall.html

Osisko Mining PEA is out. 300koz/year at $750 AISC, bretty good. Some rather high costs in the study; $210M for a 3400tpd processing and filtration plant. Usually they put down less than that for a 10ktpd. Not sure if they are just conservative and actually realistic or there are some challenges. Also C$41/t processing cost? it's not even a tiny plant, that seems very high for straight forward processing.

>> No.52657338

>>52657292
oh thats interesting i ll have to have a go at that tomorrow morning! To be honest everything Osisko lately tries to do has absolutely huge costs attached to it. Their sister company Osisko Development for example needs i think around 420 million for their Cariboo Gold project. The main problem is location, Windfall is in the middle of nowhere in the Northwest Territories. It has limited remaining infrastructure left over from the previous mining eras, a rail bed does still exist but it hasnt been maintained in decades. No hydro or utilities either if i am remembering right. Its a fantastic resource but good luck to them developing it.

>> No.52657512

>>52657338
Windfall is in Quebec, but I don't know much about the region so it may be out in the sticks as you say which would explain some of the high costs in the study. But I believe they have very cheap hydro power in Quebec so that should lower operating costs some. They also have "Electrical transmission line lease" cost of C$15/t processed, so I assume that means they will have someone else build it for them and then they lease it. Significant cost as well. But it's clearly still going to be a low cost producer, due to the high grade and large scale.
Also noted that minimum mining width is 3m and average stope width is 4.4m.

From the article

>Nickel Creek Platinum intends to conduct a 2022 drill program at its 100 percent owned Nickel Shäw project in Yukon, Canada. According to news releases, the Nickel Shäw project contains 1.9 billion pounds of nickel, 1.1 billion pounds of copper and nearly 6 million ounces of platinum, palladium and gold.

>Harshaw said, “We've been producing nickel, copper, cobalt, platinum, palladium and gold. We call them precious metals. This program that we're doing right now is really moving us along the development path. We've been waiting on the nickel market to improve. It's been in what I would consider a low position over the last 10 years. Right now, you're starting to see the real pickup in that due to the increased demand coming from the electric vehicle market especially.”

Sentiment is in the toilet. Do you not understand "sentiment"? Of course the fundamentals are bullish retard. Sentiment does not imply anything about fundamentals. I'm saying that the average uranium retail investor/ investor person, has a negative feeling about the investment. They're depressed they're not seeing gains, they're sad, they think it's a bad investment. From a contrarian standpoint this usually signifies a bottom. I am long term bullish on uranium. I am saying this looks like a bottom and uranium will go up from here. Stop being so defensive and reflexive.

Alright so I see a wedge being built right now. This stock is consolidating. You have a higher low which is good but you also have a lower high which means that this is in consolidation and not necesarily on a trend in the short term. On a medium term, there is a very nice base trendline that this has been following. RSI is oversold which means that another low or a bottom is being put in. RSI is also embedded which means that iot probably has a little lower to go. I would wait for RSi to get over 30 and my buy zone target would be 11.38.

This is the immediate term chart and not the weekly. Forgot to go over immediate.

So Tradingview isn't letting me add text at the moment so Red line is 18 day average = bullish bearish sentiment indicator.

Purple = 50 day MA = bullish bearish confdirmation indicator.

Yellow = 200 day ma. VEry strong resistance/support

Green = 100 = soft resistance/support

So you are under the 18 and currently butting up against the 100. I would say that this chart is immediately short term bearish. but bullish on the longer picture. I would assume from looking at this chart that some kind of low or bottom is being put in before a move up based on the wedge consolidation pattern and the breakout line. I'd say with this one keep an eye out over the next week or two or three for good adding posistions. My buy target would be 12.16 and below.

I don't have a dog in the fight over oil. I like coal, as I've said many times, but am not invested in it cuz not smart enough to find winners in the pile. This is an interesting article on oil

From the article
>The price of oil appears to be reflecting the global recession that’s baked into receding stimulus and liquidity and higher inflation. China’s attempt to secure Zero Covid is also exerting downward pressure on oil demand. As consumers globally come to grips with layoffs, depleted savings and maxed-out credit cards, demand can be expected to drop further.

>All those who treated themselves to high living (vacations, dining out, etc.) on credit will soon find the noose of interest payments tightening around their necks, and all goods and services priced on the margin may fall with weakening demand, decimating hours worked, employment and profits.

Evening lads.
I came in here a few months ago acquiring potential hydrogen plays but I heeded most of your advice and think Hydrogen still has years to go.

Graphite on the other hand, I believe might be the story of 2023.

Am I out of my mind? Preparing to lump sum savings into some juniors, looking at potential prospects.

Open to any y'all might be in or endorse also.

>> No.52688522

graphite is in heavy demand and world supplies are shrinking fast, so any company with a near term graphite project in a safe nation or region would probably be a fantastic play soon. The issue is i havent actually seen any near term projects that arent in sri lanka or china, there are a few in quebec but their early stage exploration. I will keep my eyes open though, there have to be graphite producers out there. Funny enough graphite is a major problem for Osisko Development's Cariboo project, it gums up the mill process badly.

Looks promising!

ECB President Christine Lagarde has repeatedly called for digital assets to be reined in, especially given the role of crypto in what she called “funny business” and money laundering. But the Court of Justice of the Republic (CJR), which handed down the verdict on Monday, refused to punish Lagarde and specified that “the context of global financial crisis” and “her personality and national and international reputation must also count in her favour”.

The latest pump-and-dump on the TSX-V exchange is Surge Battery Metals (NILI.v).
No less than six conpany officers, directors or advisers have had ties to the imfamous BridgeMark group of scammers.
The conpany traded as high as CAD$0.24 yesterday only to close at CAD$0.185 following the announcement of a CAD$0.10 private placement buried at the botton of their news release.
No less than three pump groups were involved, notably @RocketRed. Picrel demonstrates his P&D.

That dividend is fucking insane. You reckon they'll make every payment? Also how come the stock did a 10x in two years after nosediving? I mean I get that it's a consequence of fed printing but why did it go so high after crashing so low, doesn't seem organic to me. Also I'm worried that it's going to tank again after fertiliser and thus food prices start going down. We had this exact situation with food prices in 2008 and it didn't last forever, even though a lot of people now think this is some sort of new paradigm.

Hi. Welcome to /cmmg/. Have you heard about bayhorse silver? Are you ready to retire? Do you like cowboy hats? Interested in creating generational wealth? The timing is ripe and in just two (2) more weeks silver will moon and bayhorse shares will replace special drawing rights over at the IMF. You don't want to miss the boat, cuz when this train sails it'll be too late for all humans on earth that do not own at least one (1) share of bayhorse silver.

That's great, but it doesn't really answer my question overall which was whether you reckon they'll be able to pay it out through thick and thin. The reason I'm asking is because I'm experimenting with the idea of a positive carry dividend portfolio ie. investing a lump sum into a range of high yielding dividend stocks, getting a loan based on the yield of that lump sum, and reinvesting the loan into that same portfolio then paying it off and going at it again etc. I've mostly been a cryptobro so forgive me if I sound like a retard, I haven't really been into stocks since way back in the shkreli days.

Commodity oriented stocks taking up the majority or all of the portfolio would obviously be the best option with which to carry this strategy out (besides ETFs) due to many of them paying out good dividends so that's why I'm here. I would appreciate any input or opinions on this and how you feel about my concept.
