The thing is you gotta find enjoyment in the small things in life, like, the really small things.
This existence is definitely cursed but you get to experience it. The feelings of sadness should be celebrated because it just means you exist. If you are dead, it's true, you won't feel sadness or pain, but you will also miss on any other feeling this life may deliver you.
"There's no happiness left with me"
The way I see it, try to enjoy this existence while you can, maybe don't take it for granted. I'm "happy" that I wake up, I'm "happy" when I accomplish something small, and I reward myself in proportion to the my accomplishments. I don't over reward myself and I am really just happy I get to experience the feeling of existence every day.
Is it an ideal existence? No, I mean, unless you are born into royalty, it's not optimal. But life is literally what you make it retard. If you think "wow there's people out there who literally get to skate through life on easy mode and I have to grind", and that's too much for you to handle then sure end yourself because that's just the world we live in, and if it gets to a point where you are literally persuading yourself out of living this existence then nobody not even a psychologist can help you. You are sabotaging your own mentality and that's a battle you have to conquer on your own. You are asking for help but the issue is everyone has taught you everything they can
At some point you have to understand that these are battles we all fight inside. If you cannot conquer them, on your own, then yes, the weak (You) fall by the wayside, life moves on without you.
