Is there anything more dominating than letting a rentcuck stay at a dwelling you own. It's literally the biggest power move you can have over another human in modern times. Just the thought that I can push these nobodies onto the streets any time of my choosing gets me going.

I only have one rental property right now but also have another under construction right now. Can't wait to have 10 more.

you can "quietly enjoy" paying your rent on time as the landscapers show up at 7am sharp to cut grass/trim hedges twice a week, the garbage truck shakes the foundations of the property once a week between 5am-6am, and car alarms and police sirens blare ad libitum post midnight. And I didn't even mention your lovely neighbors, who are also "quietly enjoying" all of the same facilities that your contract specifically obligates me to provide (for a nominal fee, of course).
