Any company that hires a decent lawyer will get you a fraud charge and/or jail time.

Even an accountant that reads the invoice and catches it before making a payment will report you for attempted fraud.

Scamming is as old as money itself and there are laws that deal with that

False invoice fraud is a common financial crime that targets mid to large businessess in the hope some ditz in the accounts department will reflexly pay up without thinking. In the pre-internet era a common tactic was sending invoices for "business registry listings" i.e. a list kept at someones home.

Getting paid from a large business for legitimate invoices can become a nightmare because they put in so many hoops to leap through to prevent false invoice fraud happening.

This would work if you lived in a third world shithole and sent invoices to 1st world countries, at least the very few that do get paid would be enough for you to live on in your sgithole. Add to that that you are very unlikely to get prosecuted since you’re in another country.
