80% of validators are currently OFAC compliant, it takes up to 10 minutes for non-OFAC compliant transactions to go through.
This essentially creates second class users on the network.
The same 80% of validators could collude to reject building on top of blocks which contain OFAC sanctioned transactions effectively fully censoring the chain.
This is not repairable due to the nature of PoS.
Ethereum is a scam.

i said this once and I’ll say it again
there are companies trusting PoS chains like Polygon with BILLIONS of dollars.
These companies, historically speaking, are good at making money and have departments responsible for making good financial decisions

Even Nike just partnered with Polygon yesterday.
I dont see the same thing with PoW chains anon
