There's a special spot in a place in Montana I won't mention that I sorely want to have a house at. Utah was a strategic option due to if SHTF, a Mormon society would be the least likely to succumb to crime and poverty since they trust eachother, have lots of firearms, food storage and have strong communities. Found out the Royal Mint would only buy 4% below spot and would have to deliver. I then phoned around my city and got in contact with a precious metals dealer. Bartered the price at 1% below spot. The central banks are buying precious metals up in mass (specifically gold) and a Dutch central banker let it slip that their backup plan is to revalue gold. As of now the rough estimate for this revaluation will go from £1,500 per oz spot price today to around £10,000 per oz.
