Morning fren!
I wish i was like this Apu. I didn't buy any silver for over a month and i feel like a heroinfag who didn't see a needle in 24 hours.
And i feel extra bad when i look at the absolute bargain (((spot))) currently is at (then i remember i can't find anything below +6€ over spot anyway).

Also seething at the coomex's registered getting drained so slooowly lately. As i exposed my theory several times alrdy, i'm now convinced JPM and CME Group are moving their part of eligible directly to deliveries so to keep registered afloat. Before this trick, eligible wasn't moving much while registered was bleeding 500Koz/day average, and now it's almost a million oz getting drained each fucking day from eligible and only 0-5Koz from registered.
Make zero sense whatsoever, especially since traders holding silver in eligible have literally zero incentive from moving their silver to registered at the current pricetag. The only logic outcome is it's the banksters using their own stack to keep the shitshow alive a bit longer.

Let see how long the jews can last bleeding a million oz every day while nobody is selling to them at current price (why would anyone, when they can get much more elsewhere? hell.. even arbitraging the SGE!)

Is it really Swiss metal, if it’s not mined in Switzerland? (AFAIK, they have no silver mines. Probably same deal with gold. Over the border, in Austria, it’s the same, but all know gold areas are claimed by some Startup miners, e.g. Noricum gold (which now is called Georgian mining cooperation which might be related with or the same as empire metals, ahhhh, fucking Junior miners!!!), so theoretically, there could one day be some alpine good again (guess when bayhorse starts producing…).

Forgot a closing ).
Guess the additional point of my rant is:
Is it really claim jumping, when the owner of the claim is some anonymous company, that a) will probably never produce anything and b) is after hard rock gold, whereas I’m panning on the surface?
Also: was at some conference a while ago where they discussed that many of the smaller Austrian deposits (well, small for Austria, I guess, but probably microscopic for a Burger or Leaf) could be worth mining when considering them as Carlin type deposits.
But probably not gonna happen. Apparently, opening a mine here is hell.
Pic related. Inside some non-metal project for which the Austrian state already wasted millions, then abandoned it and now is making life hard for the buyer that wants to open it (or, as likely, just wants to collect money on the stock market, as most junior do).

On a gold-panning forum there was a guy hobby mining in the Swiss Alps as I recall, lots of great pics of the scenery and his simple sluice setup, he was getting a worthwhile amount of pickers and fine gold and the placer deposits seemed really big and miles long, there's tons of loose free gold waiting for weekend miners out there. It seems way richer than the gold district closest to me but for whatever reason it appears that there are fewer people interested in the hobby in Europe. I guess manifest destiny and "gold rush" culture still looms large in America's identity and historical consciousness, was there ever something similar in parts of Europe?

in general unless your taking out truck loads of material, most companies dont really care. I know i ve run into plenty of rock hounds or dads with their kids out on my claims looking for gold or neat minerals. I dont care if you wander on my ground so long as its not with an excavator.
Also yes setting up any mine project in Europe in general is a massive pain in the ass.
>>52217338
there was a forum called "Rhine Goldwashen" that closed years ago then moved to facebook, there is a very healthy german gold prospecting hobby population out there but like everything the EU makes it a pain to go out and pan where anything interesting might be. I ve seen some nuggets though come from the Swiss Alps, they were well over an ounce and very well worn, so there is still course gold out there!

Yeah, I guess a company won’t care, but it’s another level of uncertainty on the legal standing.
It’s already uncles wether you need to notify the local officials when you’re panning or not or if you simply need a permit for a highbanker or if it’s totally off limits. Hand dredge technically probably also falls under pumping, but I guess no one will notice what the fuck it even is, so I guess that’s my next investment. Really need something to clean out deep, flooded bedrock pockets. Maybe I’ll manage to Test pic related in Christmas holidays.

So, let me see if I understand our current clown-world financial system correctly
>banks want to give us as much debt as possible because debt gives leverage, and leverage is political power
>banks have a natural limit to this because not only are gold and silver limited, they still want to keep some for themselves
>fake bank loans for wars such as war bonds and greenbacks made them realize not only can they pull off the loan scam with fake money, they can even pull it off on governments
>banks start funding arms manufacturers and insurgent factions to draw out wars and get more leverage
>then banks start issuing out silver and gold "backed" certificates to increase loan capacity to get more debt leverage
>then they get women on the workforce for more suckers to scam
>then they stop backing the notes with gold and silver all together, just give out dirty linen paper for more possible leverage
>then they drive up the price of government contracting so any project puts massive debt on the state
>then they start importing immigrants for more people to scam with loans
>then they start flooding the country with drugs so people become poor and are more reliant on loans
>then they infiltrate asia so they have an entirely new continent to scam (this has had devastating effects on Japan)
>then they get really creative with shit like reverse mortgages and hilariously expensive medical debt so even retirees get fucked by the debt leverage as well
>then they buy up all of the housing at retarded prices so 99.9% of zoomers and millenials are forced into either debt or rent traps to move out of mommy and daddy's home
>next they'll probably make oil impossibly expensive to force us to use little faggot electric cars for a new debt to saddle
So our best way to counteract this scam is to somehow have as little debt possible, and to buy gold and silver for value outside of "the system"? Fuck banks.

Yeah I kinda saw that coming. Not the cell network in specific, but power outages. And that's one reason I wanted to get all my bank funds into silver & gold pronto because the payment systems and banks might go down. It's possible they would even use the power situation as a justification for a bank holiday, when they want to pull some sneaky shit. That's just one of the externalities that can come along and fuck up someone's "get rich by waiting until the market bottom when silver is $10/oz and gold is $1000/oz" plan. In 2008 that would have been ok, now it's too dangerous.
I want to get a radio like pic or similar, but don't have money in my bank to buy online. Those funds are for silver and gold only. :3 I'll have to look in local classified ads instead.
And I have many other things to buy, like more wood for the fireplace. That's one of the next things on my list.

Don't care at this point. Silver is going to be unobtanium in a few months and the spot price isn't representative of the real market price. Also with derivatives suppressing the price of silver we have no real idea what silver is actually worth right now.

Anything in olive oil, basically. I don't care much about the brand. I was happy buying the Nixe brand sardines from Lidl, until the portion sizes decreased (shrinkflation) and so I stopped buying those. Still have over 100 of the old (bigger cans) with dates stamped 2025.
The stuff I bought recently isn't actually the expensive stuff. Those were on sale, and actually have the expected amount of fish in them. I also tried some of the same brand (Connetable) that were seasoned with lemon, and those are ok but not something I'd want to eat regularly. I mean just plain olive oil or with spices is better IMO.

It's shit that precious metals are currently measured using Fiat's "value", and not the other way around. But the matter of the fact is that's how it works. You don't have to cheapfag max and only buy generic kilo bars, but shouldn't you try to get at least SOME more silver for your money? The fiat you can save buying cheaper silver can be spent on commodities and services NOW, when it's safe and convenient. Like on ammunition, or spicy conspiracy theory books.

The case and movement is 75g, the clasp is 5g, and the straps are about 5g each.

case and clasp are 80g and the movement is a thin narrow La Joux-Perret 736-3 that was used in various high end watches at the time.

I think the case is 55g with 20g movement

and the clap is 5g making 60g of 18k gold.

Paid $3300 Canadian dollars and i think the scrap value is $3250 or close.

I know people here hate jewelry scrapping but i find it more interesting than coins and bars.

Possibly. However, nobody really knows until it actually happens. Central banks have for this Q3 have brought more gold than they have ever had before in history and that's before Q3 has ended. The west does have digital payments set up for CBDC to take over fiat, but then comes the issue of people accepting it. Cyberattacks can easily wipe out payment transactions from happening and even governments around the world are fully aware of this risk. If that happens there will be riots, rapes, murders, all the same shit that has happened in Zimbabwe, Venezuela, Sri Lanka, Lebanon, etc. For me the priority is to be prepared for this financial collapse, everything else afterwards is a bonus. The dumb asses on WSS are only thinking in terms of getting more paper for their shiny rocks. I will laugh when it dawns on them that paper is just paper no matter how pretty the number of zeroes are.

So I was living in a shithole country (expat) that had a major revolution. There were several months of riots. Currencies basically went to shit overnight. Military tanks rolled right next to my apartment followed by hordes of screaming protestors.

What surprised me was how little it actually impacted day to day business. I could still buy a bag of groceries, even go to a bar. People are remarkably resilient and gravitate to normalcy. The ones who were actually causing the most amount of chaos were the regime's foot soldiers who dressed as rioters and attacked and looted random places.

If you're curious, they instead starting using the currency of neighboring countries and bartering. But eventually things went back to normal and they just used regular currency.

Point is, in the event of a currency collapse we will likely see a turbulent but temporary time. Society isn't going to collapse because money is a made up thing and we'll just make up another thing to replace it.

That works if you're a minor currency on the global stage, but I'm talking about the British Pound which is one of the top currencies. That means we only have the Euro or the US Dollar to go in, both are just as sick as the Pound. The latter is the one to be most worried about because it's the world currency, and if that goes so does the main alternative. Fiat currency will still be around, but it will be hyperinflation like the Wiemar Republic because the central banksters and government pawns will want to maintain the existence of their fiat ponzi scam.

I'm only preparing for a situation that has happened in the past, and this is without including the possibility of WW3 happening as Russia has recently declared hybrid warfare on Britain with the invasion of Taiwan around the corner.

What you're talking about is a very small and localized event. What's coming is huge and at least all the western governments are in on it (maybe, possibly the BRICS aren't). So there's gonna be massive food shortages due to bad crops from lack of fertilizer. There's gonna be supply chain failures from lack of fuel. There's not gonna be anything resembling "normal" because everyone will be hungry and broke because they lost all their money in the stonks & bonds and the value of their cash evaporated through inflation. There's not gonna be any neighborhood country currency to fall back on, because they're all getting fucked, aside from possibly the BRICS if'n they actually do manage to launch their new system.

US debt is $36t. US tax revenue is $4.5t. If the fed were to increase interest rates above the inflation rate (over 10% interest), US treasuries would follow. If the US had to pay 10% interest on money, that's 80% of tax revenue going directly to interest (aka Jacob rothschild & senpai). And the situation would further spiral as the US is forced to borrow more to service yet more in interest. This of course leads to more inflation, further reducing the spending power of americans, and reducing tax revenue. Just a vicious spiral of interest, debt, falling tax revenue, more debt, and on. Truth is Powell cannot raise interest that high because he knows what would happen. The only way to curb inflation like what he's doing is in conjunction with extreme austerity. No more gibs, no more big military, cut fed govt down to 10% of current size. I think we all know that won't happen. So, this series of hikes is the biggest financial bluff in history. Literally trying to sneak a nothing-hand past the market.

Maybe. But it's a big world. Even if a majority of Americans accept a new Fed currency, the rest of the world probably won't because the New Dollar will not be any more useful than their own local currency anymore. And many people are looking for an opportunity to kick the USA to the curb. The collapse of the USD will be that opportunity. You can bet your ass that at the very least, the BRICS will not be accepting any New Improved Really Not a Rip Off This Time Dollar. And that has tremendous consequences for the USA domestically. They have been living high on the hog because they could force feed the world their inflated currency and minimize the effect at home. Those days will be over. And things will get very dicey in the USA. And that isn't even taking into account the mind boggling vaporization of capital about to occur. The USA is going to take a major hit in standard of living. And even though it will be very painful, it just might clear the table and allow the country to go back to actually producing quality goods and services.

Or much of anything like medicine and whatnot. That's exactly the kind of massive failure they're engineering right now. Money doesn't even matter when there's nothing to buy. You're better off to have stocked up on a cellar full of deenz or booze or something. Bought from Hero Bullion if it matters (not shilling, just fyi) but the Weiners and Krugs look great despite not having the same level of luster. I'm going to the store but I'll post better pics when I get back in an hr.

It's a bluff, yeah. But it's also a dog & pony show, so people watch and squander their time, instead of doing something (anything else) that matters that could give them more independence from the system. Instead they still believe in the system, have hopes that it will pull through and everything will magically work out in the end. So long as the herd doesn't question the system and stray from the slaughter, then Powell has done his job.

Tarnish is a little different, and probably a little harder to clean off. Also it's not from the minting process like milk spots, but from a reaction with (I think) sulfides in the air, or maybe on your hands. That box will probably help if it's air-tight, but you might also want to make a bag for your coins out of this type of cloth, and then store the bag in that box.

But boom, out of nowhere a new hole appears and a big chunky nug is sitting there laughing at me, like it expected me to leave it behind. I ll often go back to a spot i worked 5 years before and try again, and again a big piece will show up in the first or second pan, than nothing.
Its utterly maddening, but thats how the ground here works more often than not. Its worse for some of my friends though. About 2 years ago i went to see a bud who had been camped out hand mining a single bedrock ledge above a creek for 4 months. He was loosing his mind thinking he was missing ... "something". As he worked, something glinted at his feet, which i picked up. It was a 5 gram flat nugget, he had been standing on it the whole time.

Oh thats easy, try the Fraser River first if your in the lower mainland. Hope or Yale is your best bet down there. You have a LOT of territory to try your hand on in BC, were covered in placer and hard rock gold here.

As I always say, start by looking for bedrock, or hard ancient river channel above a modern stream. Start with your history too, your local region may have a history for gold and if so it should be well documented. Research Research Research!

Looks like they didn't mint any silver coins in 1921-22 because the silver price was too high. So instead they used different bronze alloy tokens to make up the difference. And also they talk about "missing silver coins" but I'm not sure why (maybe some people are hoarding them?) I did see some old tokens from that era (probably, can't remember exactly) but I didn't know what they were for, so I guess this explains it.

depends on where you are but yes thats one way to do it. You can often also find old claim maps in local archives that show where people worked before. There were many promotional maps made for different parts of BC that showed off the great investment potential for people back east. These are very easy to find in archives and can usually be matched up to major rivers or mountains without to much issues.

Which specific region are you in? The Central Interior? The Cariboo? The lower Mainland? Kootaney Boundary? The far wastes of the Cassiar? I have detailed material for most if not all of BCs regions.

Noah prepared for 100 years before it all collapsed. All fiat currencies have an expiration date. All civilizations do too. Stackers have not been fundamentally wrong. They merely did not foresee globalism offsetting inflation for decades because 40 years ago globalism was just beginning. They also did not foresee the complete dumbing down of the nation being a foregone conclusion. I think anyone who listens to common sense can see that America and her financial system are both careening off the cliff.
