I have my eye on this stock too and I understand the urge to buy at these prices, but this stock has been extremely weak and if the market tanks like expected, this one is going even lower. There has been no capitulation yet and I know it might sound crazy, but I can see this dropping under $3 possibly. Long term I think it's a great stock though. This is one of the stocks you should have dry powder for if there is a big crash.

The point of giving them stock options is so they stay with the company long term. If you don't do things like that in tech they will leave when ever a better job offer comes around.
