I cannot even begin to express how infantilizing this is and how liberating it is that someone needs to call me or email me to communicate shit like this. They can no longer pull some power move and corner you in the office to chew you out. They're much less likely to cop the same tone and attitude on the phone too ive noticed. WFH is based and I hate corporate culture so fucking much.
