The problem I see with that is people like to see high numbers. Even if people in social media use this, right now it would work fine because it's worth so little.

Humans are really fucking stupid and petty in a lot of ways. Case in point, in CoD 4, players were rewarded 10 points for a kill or something along those lines. In Modern Warfare 2, they upped it to 100 points but everything else was also multiplied by 10. So the values for everything essentially stayed the same, but they LOOKED bigger. And as a result, a huge chunk of their fanbase reported a more satisfied feeling with their score. A lot of other games have done this, and it's been done outside of games too.

TRX doesn't sound like a bad idea, but the problem is in order for it to be successful it needs to stay cheap as a crypto. If it moons, then it loses it value. People won't want to give it because it's worth more, and people who receive it won't think as much of .5 TRX vs 50.
