SHIB is on the Ethereum network, rather than the Binance Smart Chain, so they're harder to compare. I think the main reason normies knew about SHIB was that you could have become a millionaire relatively quickly for mere pocket change, if you got in early enough.

binance's application process necessitates a massive team, not because of connections or whatever (those do help) but because they bombard you with requests when they consider listing you. think two pages of a binance specific landing page while still having constant meetings with tech while they scrutinize you on everything. keep in mind you'll probably have to deal with them in reversed timezones if you're american which just makes things so much worse. Justin by himself wouldn't be able to do it, he would need to hire a team for it (community members can't help on short notice cuz NDA)
