Frens, can someone explain to me how selling on cexes works? Like let's say LUNC reaches 10 cents, and I have 1 million LUNC I want to sell. Is it better to set a big spot limit and sell 1 milly in one huge chunk, or to divide it into let's say 10 chunks of 100,000 with each being sold individually or the same price?

Also, how do cexes decide whose bags get sold first? Like if all of us here have 1 million LUNC and want to sell it for $1, and we all set the same limit order, whose bags will get picked for sale first? Does the cex algorithm choose based upon who set the ladder order earliest?

This is actually very likely... or at least quite a bit more likely than the two examples above. If that happens, then we can expect months of crabbing and people gradually losing interest. I'd argue it's good for the overall longevity of the coin, but there's a strong caveat here: if CZ or whoever has the gigawallet and is manipulating the price takes too long to ignite FOMO, then the coin itself definitely won't reach its potential before the next bullrun. The main reason people are bullish on LUNC now is because it's still fresh in the their minds - I'm not sure that waiting for months and months is in CZ's interest if he wants to ride LUNC's current momentum.

Price action usually isn't linear, it could take months for LUNC to go from 1 cent to 10 cents for example. Laddering and selling on the way there allows you to take profits while holding out for bigger sums in the future. I guess it's only a thing for people who need the money - if you're financially secure then yeah, you can just set your sell points at $1 and leave it at that (or whatever price you think will be reached).

IIRC there's a 60-day period until new validators can come online... Most definitely. I've put about 65% of my stack into ladders for sale up to $1, and the rest is on Terra Station waiting for staking. Gonna redirect about 30% of my overall LUNC gains back into crypto in preparation for the BTC halving and bullrun, and the rest into hard assets like real-estate and soft ones like boomer stonks and commodities and index funds. We have a chance here for generational wealth, anyone with even a lick of salt will be able to earn millions... and then further millions on top of those. Solid plan. Every anon has their favorite coins, but I think most of us will diversify into hard assets as well. And as you mentioned, cash inflows too via staking rewards. But to be honest once you pass like 2-3 million dollars then the money starts working for you instead of against you, and it becomes relatively easy to further grow your wealth if you live frugally and re-invest.
