I breached through 6 digit and instead of DCAing I got greedy and thought I could ake it to 7 digit. Then November 2021 happened and everything went down, and like the idiot I was I still cope that it's people pulling initials. Then my money went down to $20k and I thought I could park it safely on an interesting project I found but then just recently I saw the price went down a lot and it's because my wallet sold all its coins. Turns out someone hacked my wallet somehow I don't know how and now I have $0 crypto and is living paycheck to paycheck.

You must have went to some scammer website and or signed some transaction you shouldn't have. Lots of technically inept people get duped. You may want to get some technical training before using metamask heavily. Or just some basics on using a wallet safely and not falling for scams. Also check your computer for viruses. I like malwarebytes.

I think it's because I turned on auto connect wallet on my metamask extension instead of manually clicking it when I need it. That, or it's because of that one time I signed up for a shitcoin airdrop. Anyway I've grown more cautious now and hope this won't happen again but now I effectively have to start from $0 again and another bullrun as successful as 2021 seems so far away still.

I scan my laptop daily and I don't save my phrase on my phone. Although I did keep the set of phrase in my google drive in file about manual for programming spread across paragraphs but I never detected anyone outside of me viewing the doc and it's set to private.

lets say you phrase is safe (its probably not)

then its either malicious smartcontract which you approved spending on, you can see it from etherscan if its a call or transfer.
Or someone with physical access to you laptop could have stole them if your metamask is open.
