No such thing. As they're held in street name, that means legally speaking they're the property of the brokerage. Your best recourse is to setup your account to be a cash account only, not have margin enabled, decline/disable any share lending programs, and if you really want to you can have a written record informing the brokerage that your shares are not to be lent under any circumstances and record that. But ultimately it's not your property and you're trusting them to not fuck you. The larger and more reputable brokers probably won't fuck you, as it makes more money in the long run to have clients that trust them than to not and they think 50-100 years ahead instead of just the next month or year as that's the only real proven method of success for a brokerage. Ultimately if they become insolvent because they were engaging in fraudulent practices you're covered for account balance of up to 250k per account through FDIC and you're covered for your cost basis for shares still held for whatever you initially bought them for, and anything beyond that is going to be a decade or longer legal battle that you in all likelihood will not have the means or personnel to win.

Fudelity is a honestly a toss up at this point. They are a huge broker and might have the shares but they also might not have the shares and be lending them out come MOASS. The 8 mil shares that popped up at one point and them continuing to affirm that it was a split not a splivvy are huge red flags. I'd give it 50/50 of it going either way. I only have about 20% of my shares in Fudelity and will be selling them first.... if I don't DRS them before that.
