To anyone whos invested in link in the last few years, youve essentially made a nondeductible contribution into a nonqualified charity. Given Links lack of 501c3 status, you have no basis to take a charitable writeoff in your taxes.

Further, because the team has taken careful steps to specifically avoid security status, you have no legal recourse to demand a return on your investment/return of initial capital.
