I can't really say when they're doing but I remember many many months ago some team meber saying they looked into it and all potential partners had privacy issues. Then a few months later it was brought up again and some guy on twitter said he would switch to Brave if it had translation he wouldn't mind if he could opt into it and waive his privacy, and brendan chimed in at that saying they should look into it again or something. Soooo I'm guessing it will be opt in and you'll have to accept some sort of waiver for potential privacy issues by having Microsoft or whatever do the translation.
