It's hard to concisely explain, desu. Comfy to an extent in comparison to beforehand when unmedicated, but there is the feeling of sedation/groggy zombie like state. Im taping my seroquel down very slowly from 375mg a day to see how much I can minimise the groggyness without the zoloft sending me insane from hypomania. I am a lot more focused, in the sense that neurotypxials are rather than intense hyper fixation/restlessness. Much calmer but that is from other factors aside from meds, I sleep and eat better with them. Sex is kinda shit it takes me hours to cum and I just get bare cramps in my calves and shit kek
