This is Nitro with an additional minimal trust assumption in the data availability committee. Apparently expect ~$0.02 transactions (maybe cheaper in the future), extremely fast but you most likely won't see extremely high security/high value use cases built on here but for the majority of the retarded nonsense happening this is much better than anything we've had before while still being extremely close trust minimized.

The regular Arbitrum One chain will still upgrade to Nitro and get faster and cheaper but not as cheap as this will be.
