I made the best decision of my life last month, I bought a new apartment and was able to move in.
But it's insane because I can't tell my wife that we're fucking broke as hell. I’m 90% Down in crypto, of which I cant sell and I believe Real estate is still the future as well. Anyways, I’m screaming out my deepest feelings. What other things can I do to make more money, maybe new opportunities in crypto or better real estate Investment

>> No.50676060

You literally bought the top of the biggest bubble in the history of capital society. This is like buying real estate in July 2008 x12. And in July 2008 individual investors were saying the exact same things ("real estate can only go up!" etc.) while taking on huge amounts of debt and hyper-leveraging themselves. Crypto will crash with everything but buy and hold some crypto which is the the commonly refered to as "ISO 20022 coins." Any L1 can be ISO compliant but these for their direct association with INATBA founding members/general reality surrrounding them are the safest in face of coming regulation/and generally just best bets. In 2001 funds went bankrupt investing in stupid venture capital shit but there were extremely obvious industry winners which were safe for sake of value offered and secure to make it through as the kings of a new sector which would obviously reestablish after the bubble sorted the chafe. Don't be a retard and chase the momentum on shit coins or trade on leverage or Tether up when shit hits the fan. Don't keep anything in Tether whatsoever, and hold a majority you intend to invest for the absolute bottom which will come despite a rally, almost definitely later this year. Just accept that you have the extremely rare opportunity to take extremely low risk/extremely high return positions and literally invest in the next Amazon

BLOCKCHAIN REAL ESTATE
Blockchain’s inherent system of trust makes it the ideal technology for real estate. Real estate companies all over the globe are using blockchain’s smart contracts and ledger abilities to transparently and efficiently facilitate renting, buying, investing and even lending.

Unsure how any of what I said could be unclear. You bought fucking real estate now of all times. Lol Not when the market turned down and the fed zeroed rates and then began QE infinity. Now. Lmfao. That is fucking insane. When the bubble pops this time China will not be able to subsume the global debt burden. If you don't take my advice and buy ISO coins right now, remember look at this with intent and remember this post for when the crash happens and then do so. Buy ISO 20022 coins. Enjoy your financial reckoning in the meantime after a few months of feeling good about yourself and sure I'm wrong

I don't care what's in vogue. ISOs aren't a momentum play, they are an investment in (pretty absurdly) the safest and still highest upside piece of the utility market which will underpin the general crypto market after the bubble pops. ISO coins will sink with everything else which is why I said to hold most of your dry powder on the side in cash (you are losing purchasing power vs. goods but who the fuck cares if what you are buying it with is not relevantly driven by the same pricing mechanism/isn't affected by consumer price inflation, particularly as the dollar surges vs. virtually every other fiat currency. But I think it would be stupid to risk banks freezing transactions to crypto etc. and miss the whole thing by not holding at least a small bag on the side in your own cold wallets, particularly wrt this play. I am not waiting for investors to esteem these tokens, I am waiting for their use to drive value in a way speculation never could (though will join into), which is the whole investment thesis of ISO coins, which, again, is really a bad/misleading name considering all L1s can be ISO, but is just how people refer to the collection I am meaning.

This again is where the naming system is a bit misleading. Elrond is technically is ISO 20022 compliance capable, but basically any L1 is. But Elrond isn't a member/affiliate coin of the ISO 20022 suite profile. The "ISO" coins are:
XRP (not XPR)
XLM
ALGO
XDC
IOTA (longer term hold)
USDC (stablecoin)

Many also mention QNT and it seems to have a lot of associations. All of this said, EGLD is an interesting one to me and I personally don't think it is a bad investment either. There are plenty of utility coins which are well established and sizable and legitimately too useful to not be used (or have something else fill the same role in some capacity (here obviously there is Vechain but I think personally Elrond is established enough to be a good bet in at least the early/medium term of the development of the utility market)) which are not ISO coins. ISO coins are just the best and safest with (atypical of investments) the highest upside. But it wouldn't hurt at all to invest in other utility coins. I think GRT and FLR are also really good bets for instance. I just lean heaviest into ISO coins for security in face of regulatory uncertainty the profit/risk prospect I mentioned before.

Until there is a monetary reworking the dollar milkshake theory will continue playing out. The global financial system is denominated in USD debt, which when there is a liquidity shortage sends everyone scrambling for dollars and sends dollar demand sky rocketing against basically every other fiat. The system is starting to really really breakdown and you can see it in the emerging markets and like you said, Euro/JPY drop. Until there is literally a paradigmatic shift in the larger reserve system (at present the eurodollar system) this will continue. Check out Brent Johnson's work on the dollar milkshake theory. You will probably also find Eurodollar University with Emilk Kalinowski and Jeff Snider interesting. The name sounds sophmoric and pandering but Jeff Snider is legitimately regarded among macroeconomists as basically one of the top handful of monetary scholars and the series is unreal in the amount of depth it goes into. I had an ex friend who grinded 12 years to get a doctorate in poli sci, smartest human being I ever knew, knew everything about everything (didn't just act like it but actually had read everything ever, and very humble). He graduated and discovered that tenure track positions had basically gone extinct while he was getting his doctorate so he is trapped in a psychotic hell of grinding out remote adjunct professorships teaching shitty politics 101 courses online to gender studies cattle. He applied to shit ton of think tanks and consultancies as well but nobody would pay him higher than intern wages. We ended up no longer being friends because I (with no higher education) made 3 million dollars gambling funny money in 2021 and am retired now, while he is in six figures of student debt and and desperately tries to find a job in his profession offering even blue collar wages. He got extremely bitter and antagonistic towards me over the course of 2021 and started accusing me having new friend circles and being obsessed with money and no longer having a moral compass and etc, which was both hilarious and sad because my lifestyle hasn't changed one iota other than quitting my job. He eventually blocked me and I think he is stocking shelves at a Schnuck's now.
