If I understand correctly then there are still technically 3 days where some whale or collection of salty 2una baggies could potentially flip the vote since only 40% of all validators have voted in total. However a large part of the FUD up to this point has been that the vote would go the way of the fork vote and we wouldn't even get close to this amount of support for the burn tax. So for the vote to be overwhelmingly yes on this proposal this quickly with several days still left on the vote is extremely encouraging. We are also waiting on Orion which controls I think 15% of the voting power and it seems likely to me they will vote yes.
