Why stop caring? Follow your interest. Maybe you'll build a subject matter expertise that you can leverage into something better.

Grow up lol

When a co worker tells me to do something outside of my job I say, and learn these words, "not my problem"

my manager is an ass kisser who can't say no to his superiors so he just accepts every bullshit request they ask of him and begs me to help him wipe his ass because he's too much of a pussy to say no.

Don't accept his begging? You must have a policy or official statement saying your job duties. If it's outside of that say "not my problem" or demand a promotion... don't tell me you are doing your managers job for him without the extra pay

>WE SUCCEED TOGETHER AS A TEAM AND FAIL TOGETHER AS A TEAM.
all tasks are done together with zero organization or prioritization. I have to do 2 hour meetings with him every other day, every time he has a new task assigned to him he has to call up a meeting and explain to the whole team so we can all understand and work on it together

Try to exist within the now. You only have worries when your mind wonders to the future or past. Stop letting it and practice being present.

This. It actually helps.

Finish everything and don't tell anyone. Then slowly deliver the tasks.

If you can't do that in your job just try to fill your non-working hours with a hobby. Anything that takes time and attention. If the hobby is physically exhausting even better, do it until the only thing you want to do is sleep. After two months of this you will have 'reset' and wont feel anxious anymore.

People this driven usually don't stay wagies for long, which is a nice bonus. The diligence you build from saving an extra $10k-20k/year will be worth far more than that because you'll pick up new skills and an entrepreneurial spirit along the way

Start exercising, lift weights, do cardio and maybe earn some income with it using GMT (if you're interested, that is)

Otherwise just meditate and focus your mind on something else.

welp, it's not like you're going to get rich... but you cover the price of the sneakers for the first month, and then it's all guaranteed profits. it serves as an extra income and incentive to run.
