I assume so, the way up to 31.5k seems like it would have very low probability because it would require parabolic candles upwards, again, after bitcoin already went up over 20% in the last week.

So it seems it is far more probable that it will be making a leg down based on how the lines are matching up, but that could be biased because of the down ward trend for the last 7 months making it seem like further down side is more realistic as it would have to snap out upwards significantly to change the probability of further upside
