I hit my foot on my doorway to my bathroom one night when I was drinking about a year ago. My toe is still fuked up, it actually hurts right now. It is the big toe joint where it goes to your foot. It feels like it needs to crack but when I clench my toes it hurts really bad. About 6 months ago I looked up a video on youtube from some chiropractor how to crack your toe yourself and when I tried his thing it hurt too much. Idk what to do. I could enroll in the VA and try to get some paki doctor to look at it but I dont trust them.
