I'm getting ready to buy some property with 20% down to put up on airbnb
The city I'm in is set to grown by 100% in the next few years, and my private banking guy said people are making $6000 a month per airbnb in the gay/trendy part of town.

Might as well set up a few houses in the middle of that Sodom and Gomorrah and make a few shekels for myself and my family.
