I've analyzed these cycles religiously for 7 months. That's been my observation. The MACD behavior is identical and I've come to the conclusion that there are windows on both sides of a MACD cross where buy/sell pressure is let through, but when 1,2,4 hour timeframes cross at the same time - it's fair game.

Oddly enough, the L2 order book shows closed. It never does this - and I also noticed the after hours barcoding is not normal for what we usually see.

This is probably why RC waited to announce this and why I predicted 7/6 in the first place. I'd say it's fair game until one of those timeframes macd cross back over. Take advantage of that.

I'd also expect more insider buying if this is the case.

RC made an edit to his tweet which is what made me look and sure enough - when those three timeframes cross, magic happens.
