No, the global currency (used by banks and investors) will be a global CBDC to track all financial transfers, however er, the average person will not be allowed to access this and will only receive their UBI in the form of EBT for food and household supplies and baseline subscriptions to services like 5 items a month on Amazon and a set of clothing and furniture that the company rotates out periodically, so for practical purposes, yes, EBT will be the global currency for most humans

I got on EBT during COVID. I had a full time job and only got like $20 a month but with the extra federal stimulus I was getting like $200 per month up until a few months ago when it ended.
