I have received summons to Kleros court, there’s no date or address on the documents for me to attend, my attorney has advised I ignore the letter, please can someone advise?

If you thought Kleros PNK courts were untenable, just wait till it’s a UBI court with emancipated dev support, and a community that fundamentally lacks an understanding of exactly why it is smart to have a judicial entity outside of the purview of PoH. A successful vote to fork will likely end with the exact same issues that the dissenters have already, except there will be another dumb excuse saying it’s just not “in the spirit of liberty and democracy”. Also, Kleros coop has poured significant resources and effort into getting PoH where it is now, backstabbing them like this will discredit PoH and Santi for a long time to come. 1. setup a farm over a time period, say 1 week
2. the more of your people get onboarded, the more ubi you get
3. immediately stake all ubi in the courts
4. people try to vote you out
5. you already received the ubi and have more of the court
6. reject claims of farms
7. people dump ubi out of frustration
8. get more ubi
9. stake more and take more control
10. repeat

this is such an entirely retarded idea to have the token of the app be used for its own dispute resolution. there is an overwhelming amount of conflict of interest. that's the whole reason pnk is the only dispute token that works -- it is "agnostic" to the apps it disputes.
you can't make this shit up. although im happy because this is by far the dumbest token in the world. the registry itself isn't so bad because eventually you do catch the sybils, so "old" accounts are relatively safe, but with this dispute resolution allowing ubi (or even worse UBIVOTE jesus fuck what is he thinking, at least UBI is with some investors and Vitalik) to be used for staking for disputes it will destroy the whole system

PoH is an insanely useful product that doesn't really exist yet.
The only thing that should matter to PoH is having no duplicates, accessible for everyone, extremely low barrier to entry, censorship resistance.
It does not really matter how these things are achieved.
Just look at the early Bitcoin pipe-dream of one CPU, one vote. Today thats obviously not the case however Bitcoin is just as secure if not more so than 10 years ago.
Democracy alone does not guarantee censorship resistance, immuntability and neutrality.
There are more factors at play like econmic incentives.
Kleros is way better equipped to handle attacks than UBI at this time, if Kleros ever gives false rulings then a fork is obviously needed.

With the problem that PoH sets the terms of how they want their court ruled upon. If they find an edge case that is deemed unsatisfactory, all they really need to do is have the parameters of their court changed for jurors to consider. The dissidents who are angry with PoH court and think its Kleros’ problem are either genuinely ignorant of how Kleros works, or they are being disingenuous (which is the more likely of the two)
