Hey biz I’ve autisticly found myself managing labor of ~50 in a factory and am wondering what the best biometric time clock is. Been using T-Sheets with an iPad kiosk for facial rec but it doesn’t work worth a shit.

Also preferably no thumb print scanner, their hands get pretty dirty

Something with a good interface with payroll too

What if you just used time cards like everyone else instead of buying a fancy ass bioID

Trying to prevent buddy clocking and people will lose those. Need something hooked to internet to make payroll easier

It's fifty people, install a camera at the punch clock and delegate the task of investigating suspect punches to one of your brown nosiest floor supervisors.

And if you're trying to punish a 2 minute discrepancy, neck yourself.

Are you a Hans? If so, just keep with the card swiper and voice recognition.

Voice recognition is a morale killer.
>remember your enthused and happy "hello" you gave the machine at orientation?
>emulate that 3 years later after you've been ground down by the repetition

I was thinking something like this because the facial rec for t sheets alerts me when a face is irregular which is several hundred times a week, each person is clocking in and out about 6 times a day due to mandatory break. It’s a fuckton of data and a retarded amount of time to verify each clock in is correct

Genitals scanners are the most reliable

Why not put some purell and wet wipes next to the time clock and have them use fingerprints

>> No.50105275

how about just using TimeTac?
clock in, can apply automatic break rules or edit your work time in case they forget to clock in/out (edits needs approval)
and at the end of the month you just confirm the working time and look for discrepancies (can be automated)

>> No.50105296

Have people download the app with geolocation setup to clock in or a Rotating QR code daily to clock via your phone when you get to work.

use the same access cards that they now require to open the break room, toilet, car park etc
