I think reddit unironically has really good advice on starting a union.
Tried to unionized my last work place, but I want exactly charismatic so I failed, I also worked with dumb niggers too, who were brain washed by their slave owner who told them unions were bad. Ideally if you work at a white place with few shit skins you should be able to unionized the place.
It's hilarious unionizing every job I quit though. It's like a final fuck you, to most wagie spots.
