Take all this with a grain of salt since I got most of this "knowledge" from a few threads of IRS employees, but if I understand correctly, the tax code only requires you to FILE your taxes not to actually pay them. Now the IRS can just take all your shit, but its not actually federally illegal to not pay taxes. And the IRS can only go after you for 10 years before its no longer collectable

The IRS is increadably understaffed, so as long as you dont end up on the radar youre golden.

So you just file exempt or dont file at all depending on your employment. If you are working at a wagie company file exempt and put a different address on there (its a box on the form). If youre working at some small mom and pop just dont even file. Youll fall through the cracks after a few years and eventually itll be like you never existed.

What you DONT want to do is file and make a bunch of bullshit tax claims like donations etc, that will get your filings marked as an erroneous filer and your stuff then gets sent to the auditing department every year regardless of how accurate it is and once youre on the list you dont come off

Mostly, because high income people usually live in a single area for long periods of time, and have lots of liability in property that can easily be seized. Taking out a loan doesnt do much, but it becomes a liability, if they catch on to you they can put a lien on your property. Business owning is easy though. As for books, the only one I've read that had some interesting material on JFK was The Israel Lobby by Mearsheimer and Walt. I haven't Michael Collins Piper's book on the subject yet, but it looks interesting.
