IT actually would really be beneficiary for many since the focus is more on co-dependence in a venture instead of a monetary generative transaction scheme.

In an Islamic society, zakat is more of a ‘burden’ on Muslims than jizyah is to non Muslims. This isn’t some monarchy system where a ruling party gets to shit on a golden toilet (ie. Saudi Arabia). It’s actually a fair system. On top of that, you only pay from what you own, not what you made. To keep it simple, if I made 50k this year but only have 10k in my name, I pay zakat on the 10k that I have. Why do you think Jews put so much effort into defaming Islam?
