>HUGE requirements
What does it mean huge requirements ? But feeling ya, searching for a job sucks nowadays, too many middlemen and outsourced HR. Holy shit I hate looking for a job and talking to recruiters, man, they're spamming me everyday. And if you talk to those pricks on the phone they continue to spam you with pseudo offers. I want to look for a nice position myself and those half-assed knowledgable recruiters never know, what would be a fit anyway.

Multiple logistic management software skills
three different languages (minimum)
It's fucking ridiculous, even entry positions ask shit like this. Zoomers are fucking condemned and im fucking trapped here because im too expensive to fire.

Yeah, then ride it out, meaning don't overstress now and if you get booted, ride a few months on unemployment insurance. I think the economy will recover next year, so this year is for the trash bin basically. Nobody should overstress at work right now.
Did you realize, that there is a huge influx of recruiters from Ukraine right now in Europe ? (females mostly). They are notorious spammers, but sometimes quite hot. Pic very remotely related.

I actually meet the requirements (well, most of them). But they pay like 30/40% less, they are taking advante of this situation to no longer offer my current salary.

Working in logistics is hell on earth anon. Impossible to not overstress. If they fire me I will get 2 YEARS of unemployment benefits + a very big, dont know the name in english, leave pay? So that would be awesome, but only if they fire me, I can't leave.

I think the only way to get out smoothly is to call in sick for 1-2 weeks and then make plans on how to proceed. Maybe you have long covid and just don't know it, yet.

What can you do to get fired?
