my advice would be to say you would move out and try to settle it between yourselves outside of court and squating, offer a low ball 600 a month for 3 months till you can find a spot, she'll probably come back for more money, i'd just try to stay around or under 1000 a month.
Then make a craiglist post and just look for a month to month room till you can get on your feet.
If it goes to court just squat and stop paying, it'll likely go into arbitration first, because neither party will want to incur court costs, and will likely never make it into a court room. If it does you could squat for years and the court fees will likely be on par or less than that 2k a month anyway.
