We're shooting on pushing out the canister to everyone 1-2 weeks before the hackathon ends. Today we're finishing plug wallet testing. Once that is done we'll also launch 2 gated boards.
1-10 ICP
10-100 ICP
Open to suggestions on names for these boards. Higher tier boards will be launched down the road too. NFT gated boards will be developed as well. The code will eventually be open source preferably before the hackathon ends and we will get it verified through a trusted 3rd party.
NFT gated boards will be developed eventually too. We're also open to any suggestions on additional web3 functions to eventually integrate.

Moderation is currently centralized. Volunteer mods similar to this board. It's in our pipeline to scale up to a dao with peer to peer moderation. Voting power on posts flagged for moderation could be equal to the amount of tokens one holds.

Currently right now Roadmap is:
1. Enable Wallet integration (Plug & NNS)
2. Launch & Test ICP Gated Boards
3. Launch & Test NFT Gated Boards
4. Fix Bugs, and polish UI
5. 3rd Party verification of code
6. Public Release
With eventual Bitcoin integration it will be fun to have a BTC/ICP gated board and a BTC only board. Lots of possibilities with ICP. Keep an eye out for future NFT collections.

Motoko. I am using the stable Trie datatype for most of the board/thread/post logic.
When a thread gets pruned the data should be deleted from the board canister permanently but anyone should be able to set up archiving canisters. These can be funded in tokens by the board community and used to archive posts and re-pin IPFS file hashes of previous threads that have expired.
