The Dow/Nasdaq are getting to levels where people are starting to see more profit-taking targets, rather than wanting to continually push things upward, this is likely due to the year coming to an end/probably some tax concerns to worry about too.

Tech was getting hit because people it's believed that corporate tax cuts won't benefit that sector as much as it would Retail and Banking. However, the dip buying mentality is still strong.

I suspect that once House and Senate versions of Tax Bills are consolidated by lawmakers, there will one final strong upward impulse.

As for now? As far as I can see, the indices will likely range, but I'm hoping (for my own sake) the Dow can make some further attempts at reaching 25k.

If it was me...I'd be looking at JPM (interest rate hikes), Caterpillar on the dip (eventual infrastructure plans should get this stock moving). I'd keep an eye on Tech for now, to be safe.
