Its literally just people pulling their funds out of Finex, possibly due to the article today. On your first link, it looks like someones private wallet and has withdrawals from Bittrex on there. I've went from being worried to not after seeing that one.

If it was exit, why would they transfer 800 to a wallet connected to a Bittrex account, knowing full well that they'll have had to go through KYC and bittrex cooperates with LE?

No, but the way they're siphoning it out suggests that its standard user withdrawals rather than exit scam.

Why would they transfer all the eth out and then send it to wallets connected to trex? My guess is they've commissioned a new hot wallet due to issues.

This is the wallet that was sent 40k Ethereum from the wallet bitfinex sent 102m worth of ethereum to
https://etherscan.io/txs?a=0x876eabf441b2ee5b5b0554fd502a8e0600950cfa

On first glance you see many random-ass amounts sent and you might think "of this is a functional new hotwallet", but if you look closer you see that all transactions out is to the same wallet. Only transactions inbound is from many different wallets.

This is not a sign of them giving withdrawers their ethereum.
