The only reason you should ever buy a shitcoin is if you think it has short term potential to outperform bitcoin otherwise you are better off holding bitcoin and possibly buying back later if chainlink starts increasing in satoshis. Chainlink is not going to do anything anytime soon, their dev 'team' is inactive and no one (outside of biz) is talking about them.

Not to mention that the token itself is very useful to hold as there would essentially be an infinite supply of link if shit ever took off, basically whenever someone paid for a node with link the node holder would immediately sell their tokens back to cover their costs.
