IBM just isnt using XLM, they burning it. Little secret when it comes to large corp.. the dev teams are trash.

Rumours have it they have already burnt thru 30% of the supply they were given. There are reasons IBM hasn't been relevant in the entire web 2.0 thing.

IBM does have strong connect with world wide payment though.. they basically own the payment network.
