the thing with ether and bitcoin is that they always go back up after they go down. They are the big players. Some shitcoins go down and never ever recover.

like if you had held ETH 2 months ago you'd be up what, maybe 10% now? same with BTC 2 months ago, maybe up 15-20% now?

whereas there's shitcoins that have gone up ~50%-1000%+ throughout that time with varying degree of volatility. You can multiply your stack a lot faster with shitcoins, but there's higher risk. Holding BTC/ETH is more like holding mutual funds, you're going to get those slow steady gains but you're not going to turn $5000 into $500k nowadays, whereas with shitcoins you actually still can.
