I'm tired of wondering if the IRS is going to fuck me up if I don't pay my taxes right so I booked a consultation with a tax attorney specialist in bitcoin. Hit me with your questions /biz/ and I'll come back and share, let's shed some light in this community

Ask him about doing USD/Bitcoin transactions on an exchange located in another jurisdiction like Canada.

What are the tax implications?

On a side not, ask him if he's taken the MGTI pill yet.

Cheers.

Yes. There are some listed on bitcoin.tax, the site has a good tool for calculation but there are too many options I don't understand so I contacted on of the attorneys they have listed, Tyson Cross. He has a solid knowledge base and has recently been quoted in Forbes.
